Caring Soul
Unsuccessfully, he tries not to get attached to the people around him as he always fears that something may happen to his friends. He's always ready to help anybody, no matter if he knows the person or not, with anything that he can do, seeming to be always energetic no matter what. He sure enjoy to have and share company and usually when not with anyone, been accompanied by the black of the two stray dogs that he rescued from the streets to live with him and to guard his place, that despite their menacing appearance show to be really docile, been almost like the inverted versions of Luck.

Cooling
Whenever needing to think in order to decide about something or just to have some time alone, Luck usually watch the sky, either from local parks or from remote and abandoned buildings of the city. Even so during his free time, and when not hunting hollows, for him it always looks like theres something else that he should/ could be doing.

A Matter of Choices
Those who don't know him may see his unique way of life as a sign of carefree light-heartedness, even he actually taking it very seriously. Loyal to his causes and beliefs, he believes that everyone should be treated with equity and fairness to a certain extent.
Luck have absolutely no desire to lead or control others, just as he have no desire to be led or controlled by others, but would never deny giving help to anyone as long he wouldn't have to follow anyone orders blindly. Although not respecting many rules of the "System", he follow his own rules and guidelines for behavior faithfully, not taking part in something which violates his personal laws.

Vigilant
It doesn't matter whatever if it's a hollow or a human, if for him it doesn't look right he will fight against it, usually giving them a chance to escape or go away. After that he will fight showing no other signs of mercy toward his opponent, no matter who it is unless they show true signs of surrender or are exterminated.

Indifference
For Luck, some human souls might probably be for hollows what some junk food were and are for him, addictive and hard to ignore, been the main the reason of why he always tries to convince them to leave without having to fight.
Even knowing how much his master hated both hollows and shinigami, as her position about the outcome of the spiritual war for him, as time passes by, it seems more and more pointless to join it unless it turned to be really necessary. He don't know how he could help without end up dying or been betrayed like his ancestors. Acting more like his father, trying not to have anything to do with it at all, even knowing that it isn't something possible for him to do forever.

Luck was born in a family of quincies in Akihabara and was still young when his father decided to move away from it. His father, who lost his powers, tried to keep him and his brothers out of that constant and never ending spiritual war, during years moving from a city to another with less number of hollows and reiryoku fluctuation.

After some time Luck’s mother finally ignored his husband fears. He thought that teaching them would only make hollows look for their growing spiritual pressure, while for her to fear and hide wasn’t a proper way for a quincy to act, but to protect and help even knowing it could be dangerous to expose themselves. Then thinking that her sons should be prepared and know how to fight properly, she taught to the three of them about the spiritual world as how to control and manipulate reiryoku.

For a long time Luck really hated not having a normal life like others did, having to move like they were some gypsy family, never really staying too long at one place. That forced him to study at home and dive into books, as when not studying he would train to make sure his brother wouldn't surpass him.
A natural brotherly rivalry that contributed for the growth of the skill of both, as they trained to never let the other be the stronger one, but usually both having their sister outstanding them whenever they wanted to show their value to their master.

He was a doing a patrol and hunting for hollows in Tokyo, where they were already living for a few months in a small apartment, when his parents died in a explosion caused not by hollows, but by humans, a terrorist group. After that, while fighting to protect the other souls near them from a large number of hollows gathering there, they were outnumbered and eaten just in time when Luck his brothers reached to the local, not spotting any single shinigami around or near it.
That broke him apart, making him wander during days and lose his will to fight protecting humans from hollows as he was taught to, as he quite didn't know why he should fight to protect them anymore. It was late night, he was walking down alleys to cut path to the hotel when he noticed two man beating and stealing a drunk guy. Almost instantly filled with rage by how filth and worse than hollows some humans could be, he summoned his bow illuminating the alley with a flash and shooting a fast number of arrows that grazed their legs, making they run away scared.

When finally returned to the apartment, carrying the unconscious guy who seemed to have almost the same age as him, his brothers were angry and arguing against each other about what they should do next before noticing Luck's arrive. He didn’t want to take anyone side, the only thing he really wanted to do been to leave that town. Even before that long discussion finally reach an end without the presence of his parents, Luck already had decided what he would do. In the next morning he left going to Karakura town, the place his dad talked so much deciding to stop with the nomadic thing as if he continued with it , been by his self now, soon he wouldn't have enough money to survive.

After trying to work in several places he ended working in a library during the day and living in a basement apartment under a net cafe, but always sneaking out from work as usually there isn't much to do there during most days.

I think you can go alittle more into your personality, it seems lacking considering it only tells me your caring and don't care for the war. the vigilant thing is kinda a given for everybody it seems. Apart from that i think you could word your bio alittle bit better, i see many grammar mistakes. Also you do realize that you don't need to live in karakura town right? this site features the entire world, you can live anywhere you want. Just pointing that out though, no need to change it if you don't want too.
